Q: Do you remove the tyres before refurbishing the wheels?

Yes — tyre removal and refitting is included in all our packages at no extra charge. We also carry out wheel balancing after refitting, so your wheels are ready to go straight back on the car.

Q: Can you repair kerb damage on alloy wheels?

Absolutely. Kerb damage repair is one of our most popular services. We file, fill and blend the damaged area, then refinish the wheel so the repair is completely invisible. Whether it's a small scuff or a deep gouge, we can restore it.

Q: Can I have custom colours on my alloy wheels?

Yes! We offer a full custom colour service. We can match any RAL colour, or help you choose from our range of finishes including gloss, matt, satin, metallic, candy and two-tone options. Colour changes and custom finishes are available on all wheel sizes.

Q: Is powder coating more durable than paint?

Yes, significantly more. Powder coating is applied electrostatically and oven-cured at 200°C, creating a hard, thick coating that is far more resistant to chips, scratches, corrosion and UV fading than conventional paint. It's the same finish used by original equipment manufacturers.

Q: Can I pay a deposit to reserve my booking?

Yes! We accept a £20 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on collection. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or card. If you need to reschedule, just give us 48 hours notice and we'll move your appointment.

Q: Do you cover the whole of Kent for alloy wheel refurbishment?

Yes — we serve all of Kent from our Canterbury workshop. We regularly work with customers from Whitstable, Faversham, Maidstone, Ashford, Folkestone, Herne Bay and beyond. Collection and delivery can also be arranged across the county.

Q: Can you repair cracked or buckled alloy wheels?

Yes. We offer both hydraulic wheel straightening for buckled wheels and TIG welding for cracked or split alloy wheels. Structural repairs are always followed by a full inspection to ensure the wheel is safe to use before refurbishment.
